Stripe — used for secure payment processing. Viva Naturopathy does not store your full payment card details.
Cal.com — used for appointment scheduling. Information submitted during booking is processed through Cal.com.
Mailchimp — if you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored securely by Mailchimp. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Google Analytics — where enabled, Google Analytics helps understand how visitors use the website. Analytics cookies are only used where you have provided consent through the cookie banner.
Website Hosting — your website and submitted information may also be processed by the website hosting provider for the purpose of delivering website services.

Newsletter subscribers
Your information is retained until you unsubscribe.
