About Me
my
Story
Natural health begins with interpretation. Understanding your body before trying to fix it. Symptoms are not random. They are not inconveniences to silence. They are signals, and they are structured…
The body speaks through fatigue, inflammation, changes in mood, digestion, energy, and timing. When something is not flowing as it should, the body expresses it. The question is whether anyone is listening closely enough to understand what it is actually saying.
I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE UNWELL FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT ANSWERS.
I was eventually diagnosed with an autoimmune condition; after a road that was long, frustrating, and at times, very lonely. When the diagnosis finally arrived, the solution offered was cortisone. That was it. No deeper inquiry. No exploration of what might have contributed (besides stress), or what could support the body alongside it. Just a prescription and the end of the appointment.
I saw many practitioners over those years. Most were not unkind. But visits were short, thinking was contained, and the question why was rarely the one being asked.
I remember sitting in appointments where something was clearly being missed. Symptoms that arrived on a schedule — migraines that came like clockwork at the same point in my cycle, every month. Sessions that helped, but only partially. And no one ever stopped to ask why those headaches were appearing at that specific moment. No one mentioned the oestrogen drop that follows. No one suggested targeted herbs, or something as straightforward as Vitamin B2. Each treatment existed in its own lane — disconnected from the pattern my body was clearly showing.
That gap, between what the body is communicating and what practitioners actually explore, is what changed everything for me.
Not out of frustration. Out of genuine curiosity about what a more complete kind of care could look like.
Before naturopathy, I spent years building a fashion brand and working across different areas of design; learning to think in systems, to map flows, to understand how structure shapes experience. I loved that world. But at a certain point I asked myself an honest question: where do I want to be in twenty years? What field actually deepens with time — where experience compounds, where the human presence cannot be replaced, where showing up fully is the whole point?
Naturopathy answered that question clearly.
I chose it deliberately, at a stage in life where I could commit without reservation, and where I understood that mastery here is not a ceiling. It is a direction. The longer you practice, the more you see. The more you see, the better you serve.
That felt right.
viva
VIVA was built from all of that.
Lived experience with a body that needed more than management. Formal training in naturopathy. A background in design and systems thinking that shapes how I read patterns, connect information, and explain complexity clearly. And a genuine desire to sit with someone long enough to actually think — to ask the questions most appointments skip, and to connect what most treatments leave unconnected.
I care about this work the way you care about something when you chose it freely, after everything else.
Consultations will open after graduation. Until then, this space exists to do what I always wished someone had done for me earlier — slow down, look at the full picture, and help you understand what your body has been trying to say all along.
Consultations open 2027. Until then, start here.
